Setting Up for Success

 

1.  You must have a stable internet connection.

2.  A private room where no distractions will occur (preferably not in your car),

3.  A camera on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

4.  A seat / sofa / couch / bed to relax your head back into.

5.  A place to position your phone or computer next to you so I have a clear view of your head, eyes and shoulders, and you are not holding the device in your hands.

6.  Headphones or earphones that fit your device.

7.  "Do not disturb" mode on your device.

8.  Device needs to be fully charged (including the  headphones or earphones). Also have your devices plugged in whilst having our pre-talk as video conferencing can chew up a lot of power on some devices.

9.  No animals / children in the room.
