Tips to Ensure Success

Start mentally preparing yourself to change your habits and routines around food - if you tell yourself (between now and your appointment) that this will work for you, then it will work.

Plan to clear your house of unhealthy foods and drinks before your session, because if you make the mental change on the day, I don't want you being tempted.

Think of all the triggers and motivations you have for emotional eating, and let me know those in the interview before your session - that will allow me to break all those connections in your subconscious once and for all.

Understand that your subconscious may believe that it is protecting you in some way by compelling you to comfort-eat. I know this might not make sense to your conscious mind, but a pattern you created long ago could be "locked in". If you can pinpoint the reason why that is, please be ready to discuss that with me.
